Welcome to Homegrown Soaps 'n' Stuff! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store, operated by Homegrown Soaps 'n' Stuff ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Information

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the site or its content without express written permission.

2. Products

Our products are handmade using natural and high-quality ingredients. Please note:

  • Allergies and Skin Sensitivities: Our soaps, balms, shampoos and other personal care items may contain natural oils, botanicals, butters, and essential oils. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend doing a patch test before full use. We are not responsible for adverse reactions or misuse of products.

  • Variations: Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight differences in colour, scent, shape or texture may occur.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before your order is processed. We accept most major debit/credit cards and other secure payment options offered through Shopify.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within1-5 working days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. We currently ship to the UK only

We are not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs processing. Once a parcel has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. However, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened personal care products unless they are faulty or damaged.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at laura@homegrownsoapsnstuff.co.uk including your order number and a clear photo of the item.

6. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If you feel something is incorrect, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and branding—is the property of Homegrown Soaps 'n' Stuff and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use—or misuse—of our products or website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be legally excluded.

These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the site. Continued use of the website or our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms
